Summer Meal Program Information

  • High School: Under the Universal meals program through the State of California and in accordance with the CDE guidelines, schools offering academic credit courses must offer breakfast and lunch at no charge. Meals will be free of charge. Breakfast will be offered from 7:50am-8:10am. Lunch will be offered at 11:00am. A la carte smart snack items are offered at an additional charge.
  • For K-8 students: Under the CDE guidelines this summer program is considered enrichment. As a result breakfast or lunch are not free under the California Universal meals program.
  • Elementary School students will be offered early bird breakfast from 7:50am-8:15am and lunch at 11:50am. 
  • Middle School students will offered Brunch from 10:40am-11:00am and lunch at 12:00pm. A la carte smart snack items will be offered at an additional charge.
  • In accordance with State and Federal guidelines all meals served must be eaten on campus. No grab and go meals will be offered. USDA allows nonperishable items to be taken off campus. Acceptable food items to consume later are a whole piece of fruit, dried fruit, crackers, or a bag of carrots. The CDE encourage this flexibility to increase student consumption of fruits and vegetables and to reduce food waste.
  • Current SPUSD students will use the same PIN# that they used during the school year. Any funds in current student accounts will roll over to summer school.
  • Returning visiting students will use the same PIN# as in previous years. Contact Judy Willard at Jwillard@spusd.net if unsure of PIN#.
  • Those who have children who are going into kindergarten or are from out of district and plan to eat lunch in the cafeteria will need a PIN#. Please use the link below to fill out a student PIN# request form. Parents will receive PIN# notification emails at the close of the traditional school year.
  • Once you receive an email that your student’s account has been created. You will then create a Titan Parent Account and load funds to your students account. Use the link below to create your account and link it to your student’s.

For visiting students and incoming kindergarteners. Returning visiting students and current SPUSD students will use the same PIN# as previous years. 

Online Payments

         Prepay online with credit or debit cards.

Checks

Checks can be delivered to school site offices or the cafeteria before school or after lunch.

Cash

Cash is accepted at the time of purchase. Cash can also be deposited into student accounts at the register.
